Neil Rogers is the founder and owner of the company with his wife Julie. He is a real estate agent here in Idaho and has been running the property management company since 2016. He brings his Real Estate experience into the Property Management field and can assist both Tenants and HomeOwners in finding the right situation for each specific need.

Julie Rogers is the founder, owner, and bookkeeper of the company. She has superb organizational and office management skills enabling us to easily assist tenant and landlord relations in a timely manner. We are dedicated to providing professional management of our properties satisfying both the tenant and landlord needs.
